Villa de l'Etang Blanc
The gastronomic restaurant of the chef David Sulpice, awarded 1 Michelin star and 2 Gault Millau "toques", is located near the lake Etang Blanc at Seignosse.
The restaurant is completed by a cosy hotel and a huge terrace with panoramic views.
Cooking classes are taught by the chef and gastronomic events are organised. According to the season, you can enjoy the best local produce : local fish, duck, "Chalosse" beef, asparagus, kiwis etc.
